Process: I wanted to alter the chair's look and style with minimal addition of new material.
(In hind sight I do wish I found a way to utilize the "rungs" from the back of the chair)
Prototype: Zombie Chair
A two-week project seeking to give new life and purpose to an old piece of furniture. I was drawn to this classic ladder back chair with a cherry finish. I challenged the "proper" way to sit in a chair and created a secondary use for it. A chair with a detachable tabletop!
